3. Service Availability and MaintenanceWhile we strive to provide uninterrupted 24/7 service, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions. We will notify customers in advance for planned maintenance whenever possible.

4. User Responsibility

• Sharing your connection beyond your premises without authorization is a violation of our terms.

• Rafi Technology is not responsible for any data loss or security breaches on the user’s end (devices/routers).

5. Billing and PaymentsMonthly bills must be paid within the due date to avoid service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific service agreement.
